Morning/word work freebie and Totally Turtles!

I wrote a post a couple weeks ago about getting turtles in my classroom. And how germy they are. But since getting them, I have become a turtle expert! And they ARE pretty cool! Too bad they're so germy!

So we're in the middle of learning turtle songs, reading turtle books, doing turtle crafts, and soon to be making turtle habitats. So here are some morning work pages I made for this week. Correct the sentence, alphabetical order, and put the sentence in order. They're free here. Or click on the picture.

This is the power point presentation I used to show habitats, life cycle, vocabulary, warm and cold-blooded, and all my new-found turtle information. It's 42 slides and it's only $1 for the next 24 hours.

Look at that turtle coming out of its' shell!! Isn't that cool?! Thank you to Affluent magazine for that picture!

I'll post the habitat and camouflage projects we make this week!
Thanks for reading! Now I'm off to watch "The Hobbit" with my boys.
